Creations accessible to young audiences
For me, thinking about and creating shows for young people is a greater responsibility, but a sparkling one. For some children, the topics we address, the way we talk about them or show them on stage can have significant repercussions on their learning and their understanding of life as citizens. I strongly believe in the active thinking that theater creates for young spectators. They are potential philosophers! They don't always know how to put words to what they feel, but their sensations and emotions are intense and generate profound questions in them. I find it fascinating to present them with complex, opposing reflections. Their eyes breathe in the world to better understand, search for, and play with what surrounds them.
Creating a show is, above all, about thinking about dialogue between generations, from children to adults, and this is a fundamental element. I think that all themes can be addressed for young people, and I am committed to finding, in each creation, the right, precise, and committed way to approach a writing style or a subject. What motivates me as a creator who has been established in the region for a long time is that through creations for young people and all audiences, we continue to pursue and reinvent, again and again, the fundamentals of cultural democratization through concrete and committed actions.
